Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms smelled like sewers but the staff was kind. They are expensive and don't offer great views. The service was mediocre and at times rude. The location, however, is fantastic, right on the beach, making it the best in San Luis. The dining experience was good but a bit hard to figure out. Overall, the facilities were decent yet lacking in some areas.
I had a tough time with the rooms, which were incredibly dirty and smelly during my whole trip. The location was incredible, next to a beautiful private beach, but the surrounding area was a bit cluttered. The service improved after a rocky start, as the staff finally got used to us and were helpful. The dining experience was just fine, nothing special. The high price felt unjustified based on the room conditions.
The hotel is positioned near the beach, offering convenience for beach lovers, but cleanliness issues and outdated furnishings were noticeable. The rooms were acceptable but had cleanliness concerns and dated decor. The service lacked attentiveness and had issues like unilateral booking cancellations based on technicalities, needing improvement in hospitality training. The location, though not very clean, is on a beautiful beach. Dining options were standard and could be improved. Facilities were average and in need of updating.
